Muscles are the one that give you the power to carry on with your daily activities more effectively and still with energy to spare.

Weight loss advice help please!!?
Hey guys i just wanted to run a couple things by you. Im 17 195 lbs and 5'11.Im eating 1400 cals a day( staying away from greasy foods and I only drink water) and exercising 5 days a week for about 40 mins. On average I lose 630 cals per workout. Does this sound ok? Any advice am I doing something wrong? The right amount of exercise? Any help is appreciated!!

Exercising and still no weight loss, advice?
so I have gone to the gym 8 days in a row. I do 30 minutes weights followed by 30 minutes cardio. I still have not lost a single pound! Also I've been eating healthy and around 1200 calories a day. I'm 24 years old 5'4 and 130 lbs. My goal is to loose 10 lbs... any advice much appreciated!

My Brother has changed alot?
Not to sure how to explain it. My brother is an asshole, he hates me andI hate him. He pays me out of my interests (e.g. I like to read twilight fanfiction, but he found out so I started saying I hate twilight and its lame and everything and I make sure he doesn't catch me on the site and alot of other things). He calls me a 'fat slut' anything to do with being overweight (I am, but not alot). He tells people that I'm obessed with twilight (and I'm not, I've only read the series once or twice, and I haven't seen any of the movies since like April or June). I feel as though he has a high expectation of be he even gives me weight loss advice and says 'you better get on that treadmill'. I delete my fb cause I hated it, so now all he thinks I do is read twilight etc. I hate him so much, I just want to disappear into thin air. I'm sorry if this questions annoyed you, but advice would be nice...and please no flamess
