accidently have been taking thyroids meds for a month!?
I have been trying to lose weight with diet and exersice i hae been taking some vitamins daiy as well i take a flax seed a niacin a muliti a chromium picolate a cranberry pill (to prevent uti) a folacic acid pill and a amino acid pill so its quite a hand full of vitmains i recently discovered someone at my house decided to help my weight loss faster by sneaking in a thyroid med into my daily pill container. Can i suffer long term damage from that wht would happen afer long term use?
