hi i wanted to know whats the best fat burning suppliment available. I am workign on my 6 pack abs and i have achieved the top 2 (so called upper abs) but my lower abs muscles do not show as they are covered with a slight layer of fat I do cardio but its too slow.. although its an almost washboard abdominal i wann get the remaining 4 packs Has anyone tried out an good fat burner's and can recommend. There not pop ups but they pop up?
I was talking to my friend on messenger and she had a virus on her computer that I didn't know and she didn't either. We were talking and it randomly came up that she said to click this link: http://www.wefoundyou.net/photo13.php and it has a virus and I was dumb enough to click and open it. The thing got into my messenger and was giving the link to a bunch of people and it was closing and reopening windows. I scanned for viruses and I found a few. I deleted them and it seems to be better but now there are these random windows popping up with random sites that I don't know about. Like weight loss, how to become a millionaire, just a bunch of spam sites that I don't need. I don't know why they keep popping up they aren't pop-ups and I don't know how to stop them? They pop up even if I click something like the next when I'm asking a question.
