I NEED TO LOSE 80 POUNDS! PLEASE HELP!?
I am 23, 5'5 and 240 lbs.
I need to lose at least 80 lbs. for my sisters wedding at the end of. June and i need help. Today was my 6th day on a vegetarian diet and I feel GREAT! I've also been drinking 130 ounces of water a day so I thought i was doing great until I realized that I was eating way less than 1200 calories a day so now im freaking out because I feel like i don't want to eat more because I have to lose so much weight fast. I have absolutely so problem walking 2 miles a day just as long as I can achieve my goal. i can't afford any type of weight loss programs so I would definitely appreciate some advice. Please Help!!!!!

Diet and Exercise while pregnant?
Okay, so I'm starting this "bootcamp" program that involves eating much healthier and exercising regularly. I'll be eating around 1500 calories per day, and exercising 2 hours per day, 5 days per week. I've done the program in the past and lost about 25lbs in 8 weeks, which is not too bad. However, my husband and I are currently not using any birth control because we are completely okay with the idea of adding another child to our family. So I was wondering if any of you knew, what would I need to alter about the weight loss program if I become pregnant during it? Approximately how many additional calories will I need to add to my diet to make sure the baby is getting enough nutrients, and what would I need to do to alter my exercise routine? Right now the exercise is mainly a lot of cardio, and a bit of strength training. And, is it okay to lose body fat while pregnant? I am 5'8", and weight right at 200lbs, which is the most I've ever weighed with the exception of when I was pregnant with my daughter. I weighted 160 before I got pregnant with her, and weighed 220 when I delivered! So I gained 60lbs with her, which is what I am trying to avoid with this next pregnancy if it happens. I just want to shed some body fat and get healthy. I just wasn't sure if that is okay to do if I were to get pregnant? I mean I know doctors want you to gain weight while pregnant, but I wasn't sure if it was okay to be losing fat in a healthy way while pregnant? Any advice would be greatly appreciated :-) I'm willing to hold off on getting pregnant for a couple months if it's absolutely necessary, but I'm already off of my IUD and getting back on BC would be a pain in the butt, so I was just hoping that IF I become pregnant, I can still continue my "bootcamp" program, just modify it accomodate.
