I am wanting to get ripped I am a little over weight and I was wonder is an hour of stair climbing a day to much? I am on a diet for weight lose also and I do about an hour of weight lifting a day is this too much?

A group of co worker decide to do a weight lose competition at work and the person that loses the most weight wins?.I am lost at that one because everyone is a different size and a person weighing 200lb can lose 50 or 80 where a person weighing 140 can really only lose 30 tops. They are going to determine the weight lose by dividing the starting weight with the end weight. Then take that percentage as the score and the one with the biggest percentage of weight lost is the winner. My question is if a person is 140 lbs and loses 10 - 15 lbs but every one else in the competition weighs 200lbs or more and they lose 10- 15 or even more wouldn?t any of the 200lb plus people win over the person that weighs 140?

Anyone who has done this can u explain why the first 5 days I lost 4 pounds and now it has stopped I'm stuck. I'm on day 7 and I have been following it to a t, I even ran 2 miles yesterday hard and weight trained and lost nothing! What?!
