How to lose weight tips, tricks, ways?
Okay, so before you say like go to the gym or participate in cheerleading or something like that, I'm not able to go there. Everyday I have to go to somewhere 45 minutes aways so my dad could work to make pizzas. I'm not able to go anywhere like go friends house either because my parents are over protective. So I gotta stay there all day. There is a huge parking space in the back where my dad parks his car. I dont no if am over or under weight the doctor hasent said so i just think am the right weight but am irregular so i was wondering if being over weight or under weight could make your period irregular. 1 more question if i am or get to a healthy weight how do i stay at that weight. Losing Weight...for a 15 year old?
Recently we did a heart rate test and discovered mine was just below the 'fair' region! (Theres excellant, good, fair, bad) - Keep in mind this isnt the only reason why i chose to lose weight I am overweight, and ive been taking actions such as avoiding soda(which ive done for 2 months so far) and eating less 'junk' food. Im 15 and im 250lb, and i plan on riding my bike over the summer to lose a good chunk of weight, hopefully. 1 summer is 3 months. I hope to lose at least 25 lbs. Thats my goal. I just cant seem to find foods that fit the healthy lifestyle, but fulfill your hunger. I love all vegetables and fruits, they just dont seem filling. I drink tons of water a day. When the day comes to start riding my bike, which i still need to find which model bike to ride, im going to need to set a reasonable amount of distance per day. I dont know how much will burn how much. I dont know how to do that, hopefully someone does. Basic Questions Skimmed Down: What bike is best for losing weight? How many miles/week is good for losing about 25 lbs in 2 months? What foods are healthy but also fulfill hunger? What are things to know about losing weight? -Tips and advice thanks!
