moutainbikes....gotta lum em.broke my left scapulla,stayed immobile 4 four weeks,working only on range of motion.week five started giving it its own weight,week seven back 2 work. have constantly had decresing shoulder pain,overhead,full rotation,behind back......week eight,moderate pain in shoulder behind back,overhead...gets better every day........should i still see a doc?will it heal on its own?....im really good about pys therepy.....have only had the exrays in er the day it happened.im a mechanic.

Im 15 and 108pounds and 5'2 i need to get to around 100 pounds for dancing. Please tell me if my diet that i follow is any good for losing weight Week day diet Breakfast: 5 egg whites and green tea Morning tea: Usually some tuna or guji berries Lunch: Small salad or fish Afternoon Tea: A cruskit or wheat crust Dinner: I try not to really eat dinner or afternoon tea as i heard its not good when trying to lose weight I also drink around 5 750ml bottles of water WEEKENDS- I just try to add a little bit of meat and veges into my diet on a weekend is this a good diet to follow or am i lacking things ? I have been on this diet for around 2 weeks yet but havent notcied any changes I also have one sweet a week either a lollie pop or candy stick

Height: 5'4 exact. Starting Weight: 121lbs Lost: 4 or 5 lbs So I've been on a diet for three weeks(this is my third), and I have lost like four or 5 lbs so far. But My stomach, legs, thighs etc., look the same. My original goal was to be 117. But since I haven't seen results, I am going lower. What should I do and why dont I notice any changes or is too soon?
